Quality of life suggestions

This is a list of some menu functions, I feel, are annoying at most and could be improved. The fixes mostly boil down to "minimize the amount of menuing and taps needed to do things".

1. Auto-open for Elite tokens.

2. The ability to page through powers. Or have power up buttons right on the bar, similar to the Steam version's ui.

3. Single tap to auto-add champ levels. Maybe let the shards bar be the way to add shard levels.

4. Getting rid of favorites and making shards universal. This'll probably mess with limited characters, so whichever solution fixes having leftover shards on a no longer favorited character.
