TDW - Lost charges

I have started The Dragon War event, an hour before charges should be full but it shows that I only have one charge available for each node instead of three. 

*Update*
Looks like it's a visual bug. Logged out of game and back in and all charges are there.

    Yeah, that's a new (ish) visual bug.  Once you play a match it should update with the correct charge counts.
    Freaked me out the first time I saw it too.
