All my characters were insta-downed when I was preparing to enter a match

I have no idea what exactly spurred this.  I was playing the Real Steel PVP and none of my characters were so low (or at least, not more than one) that a retreat would have killed them all. 

I wasn't paying super close attention to what was happening but I hadn't entered a match, was clicking around looking at teams.  I think I got to the final screen where I push "Fight!" to enter the match, backed out of that, and all of my characters (Okoye, Colossus, and Thor) were downed.  Needless to say, that was really frustrating.

I know this has happened around time changes before but it's been weeks since we changed our clocks.....
