Unable to login

Hello.
Since yesterday I'm unable to login. Game stuck on start screen. 
Pressing start does nothing.
I do not use facebook, so I can't use it to log in.
But today I've received a notification regarding ended event.

    Do you know your old UID?

    You may have to press "start," finish the new player tutorial, then go to settings, help center, press a topic, select not helpful, then send a support ticket (i.e. message), explain the situation and they may be able to restore you account
