restoring my account

I tried restoring my account through Facebook but it didn't work.

Contacted customer service twice with no response.

it's been about a week since i last reached out.

can i get any help here?

    I'm pretty sure Customer Support responds to all messages within 72 hours. If you contacted them using the in-app contact method, you will get their response in the app's message center. So be sure to check there.

    If you emailed them, their response will be sent to the same email address you emailed them from. If you don't see the response, make sure you check your spam folder. 

    Either way, make sure you have the correct email. This is the email you should use: mpqsupport@d3go.com
