Utvara, exclusive WAR mythic, lost flying [Fixed in 3.9]

the exclusive WAR mythic Utvara dragon, has lost flying ability. At intro it was flying but it no longer has it.

    Tomik also lost flying a few updates ago. Still not fixed.

    Hi Everyone. Utvara should now have the Flying Evergreen in the 3.9 build.
