Chandra, Novice Pyromancer first ability may not be used if you control no Elementals.

I'm sure you'll tell me this is 'working as intended', but:
  • This is Chandra's only +loyalty ability, so you may often want to use it with no Elementals in play, and
  • As an untargetted ability, it should be usable without targets; this is how paper MTG works.
