Lost account - wrong replace

Hi friends I played game long years but ı deleted and cant reach my old account ı tried to retrive backups with googleplay and facebook accounts but not. a few hours ago ı find my old account while trying to backup with googleplay acoount but accidently replaced with a new account dont know what ı need to do. ı know my old agent name and mail adress which contains old backups. lots of 5 star cards and efforts

As long as you know your agent name and other info they should be able to restore your account.

You can reach Customer Support through the in-app contact method or email them at: mpqsupport@d3go.com
You will need to tell them the Agent Name of the lost account and the Agent Name of your current account (your current account will be replaced with your lost account). 

If you have any purchases on the lost account, you will need to provide a screenshot of one receipt to verify you are the legitimate owner.
