So strikes and Okoye’s Black will buff each attack of his blue, or at least it sounds that way. His cheap red with blue is a really interesting combo.1 -

I’m not too excited for yet another Cap to be honest. However, he looks pretty great. I wonder if there will be some new complaints from the nerf brigade.

I like the kit, I like that his blue is his aggressive power, and his red basically serves to build up his blue (more charged tiles) and punish the opponent for interfering, then his yellow only really works on a team, but makes both of the other powers easier to use.
Both the multi-hits of the blue and the auto-damage of the red will benefit from Okoye, but it's mitigated a little because he'll be jumping in front and lowering the amount of yellow tiles on the board.
Makes me wish the 5-star tier wasn't so high above the 4-star tier, because he'll be overshadowed enough that he won't get as much use as I'd like. I'd be down for restricted modes like Heroic events, or maybe events with boosts to make 4's/5's more equitable, or something, so these kinds of cool characters can have a chance to shine on even advanced rosters.
Also, I like the artwork, totally glad he's called "Worthy" instead of "Endgame", because it's more awesome that way.1 -
And now I’m sad one of the two 5*s wasn’t a 4* instead. For this power set, he seems... Worthy.

I will say a rare 5,4,4. For his red the damage is only when the CD goes off but at 4 you get the 2 charge tiles, for his passive at level 4 he reduces max damage of 35% but will still jump in front from 5* match damage.
Man in his initial PVP I expect to see a lot of Thanos going around since Cap will keep jumping in front. He is also going to eat up a ton of health packs.1 -
He would be a great partner for 5* Wasp if his red made Swarm tiles instead of dumb charge tiles. He is worthy enough to lift the hammer, but still not worthy to CALL THE SWARM.13

Hawkeye and Coulson got a new friend. So much free ap with that team if he is creating 4 1 turn countdowns every time he takes 510 damage. Which just like bishop you cannot stop him from doing it till he is dead.
The proc thresholds are too low.
That's 8 red, 12 blue and 8 random ap for cap taking 510 damage. That's fast.7 -
Him, Grocket, and Carol will be insane. Immediate strikes, Cap takes 1019 damage and 4 1 turn CDs go off. Works best against other Grocket teams bc you know they are going to deal that kind of damage up front.2

The first thought when I saw all those 4 1-turn CDs is teaming up with C4rol, Drax, Coulson, Hawkeye. C4rol is going to pump up those strikes.
Against hard hitters, I think C4rol, Valkyrie and Worthy Cap would be cool to work with.
How do you define a single hit? Is cascade considered a single hit?

Well, this isn't one I'll be chasing. Why can't we get new characters and not just another reskin that should have been a costume for a 5-star character? We have way too many mediocre Caps in the game as it is.

Nice! Worthy Steve was one of my fave moments from Endgame, and it looks like a cool power set. Very glad I just got my 10th Juggernaut cover from Progression in Most Wanted earlier today!

You do however have to choose between boosting his damage per hit with Okoye/strikes, or providing charged tile support to get the full 7 hits in the first place0 -
If he was designed to be a 5* it could have been excellent and change the top tier meta......A 4*? good but "unworthy"1
