Liliana Last Hope / Vraska combination locks games [Investigating]

Playing with Liliana Last Hope and Vraska regularly locks my games... if I remove Vraska from my deck, I seem to have no problems. It’s just having the vanguard on the board, no need to activate her. Then I have to exit/lose the game explicitly. 5th or 6th time that happens now.
