With little control of his newfound abilities, whenever he planeswalks, he has no idea where he is going to end up. He shows up in Ravnica and sells the things he found on his journey to ensure his descendants can afford to petition Ravnica's Senate once the time comes."

Level 2 - Return target creature you control to your hand. It gains 4 mana.
Level 3 - Return target creature you control to your hand. It gains half of its mana.
Level 4 - Return target creature to its owner's hand. It gains half of its mana.

Accidentally Found - Cost 12
Level 1 - Shuffle target creature you control into your library. Then, fetch the first creature from your library. Its power and toughness becomes 1/1.
Level 2 - Shuffle target creature back into its owner's library. Then, that creature's owner fetches the first creature from that player's library to their hand. Its power and toughness becomes 2/2.
Level 3 - ...to their hand. It gains half of its mana and its power and toughness becomes 3/3.
Level 4 - ...to their hand. It gains full mana and its power and toughness becomes 4/4.

I've Always Hated Crowds - Cost 18
