Ugin's Conjurant - Exploit [Investigating]

I had Ugin's Conjurant in hand, full of mana, board was full, declined to have it replace a creature, it did the "buff" in hand animation, next turn when I did play it, it was a 21/21 creature.

    Don't know if this repeats yet.
    Don't know if this also applies to other +x/+x stored mana creatures like Hydroid or Chamber Sentry.
