Masterpiece art missing when you draw card

When you draw any masterpiece, the card art is missing the first time you draw that card.
when you draw subsequent versions of that card, the art is displayed in the Draw card animation.

the art is present when you look in your hand, its just not displayed when the draw a card animation displays it.

if you happen to draw multiple cards, and draw the same masterpiece, the 2nd iteration will have the card art.
