Elusive Tormentor doesn't attack after transforming into Insidious Mist

Most cards that transform can still attack even after transforming on your turn. For example, most werewolves transform at the start of your turn but can still attack right after. This behavior is broken for Elusive Tormentor, who waits to attack for a turn as if it were just played instead of attacking immediately.
