Cards with mana in deck

After 3.7, when using surveil, I'm seeing cards on top of my deck that have mana in them.
When I draw the cards, they no longer have mana in them.
So far as I know, this has no effect on gameplay at all... could just be a graphical glitch?

Were you using Azcanta? Because that's usually when I see that happen (and it's not a new thing)
