Applied Biomancy 2nd part doesn't work.

Was using this card in AJTH, when it casts your first creature does get the +2/+2 but the last creature your opponent controls does not get bounced like it says.

    Was your opponent's hand full when you encountered this issue?

    I do not believe it was. Actually I'm pretty sure I tried it in both cases and neither worked. Though if it was full, the inconsistency of bounce cards destroying when the opponent's hand is full vs. casting when they shouldn't and having no effect would make it hard to tell if it was a bug.
