New Threshold cards - Exclusive, so when will we see them?

They were introduced as part of 3.7, but Nicol Bolas 3 just entered the store, this week, meaning Wrenn and Stimpy..er.. Six, sorry.. probably won't be around till next week, maybe?

"Raspberry" is shilling Mythic and Rare Vanguard cards, so how are we going to access the new Threshold cards since they, too, are "Exclusive"?

I read over the 3.7 notes a few times and so I'm either blind, demi-dyslexic, or that info wasn't mentioned. If either of the former, my apologies.
