Malevolent Whispers doesn't give Haste

Malevolent Whispers (red spell) gives you control of an opponent's creature until the end of your turn. But it does not provide haste. Either the card is bugged, as temporary control spells and abilities do provide haste, or the card just bad and should be reworked.
