VIP

I have been a VIP member since it was started. I justified it because as a newer player, I didn’t have a lot of the cards that most players have. Each month since VIP was introduced, I have had issues with one thing or another. Are other people having these issues?? This month it didn’t even give me vip until late and dropped me back to vip 2. At this rate, I can no longer justify it.

    Welcome to the forums!!

    You are definitely not the only one having issues with VIP.  There are dozens of threads here on the very problems you've just reported having.

    As for whether or not to keep VIP, that's a decision you'll have to make based on your own priorities and feelings on the matter.  Just know you are not alone.

    My auto VIP renewal took hold today and I discovered that I went back a tier to 2 instead from 3 to 4 like it should have @LakeStone . I submitted a ticket. I will not be opening the tier 2 packages in the app In-box so as to make it easier on the devs to fix the matter and replace them with the correct tier 4 packages.

    Thank you for letting me know.  Customer Support is typically less staff over the weekend so if you haven't heard from them yet, I imagine you will hear from them today.  Please let me know if you don't hear back from them after today.
