Lilliana, Dreadhorde General ultimate does not work on tokens?

I have the new Lilliana and it appears that her ultimate does not work on token stacks. I assume this is so since the wording on her 3rd ability says, "cards?" Would be better if it simply stated:

"Destroy the first and last opposing creatures, destroy an opposing Vanguard support. Then, Amass 3 for each non-token creature reinforcement and vanguard reinforcement."

@Brigby: is this correct? Token stacks don't count? Because this was slightly a bit misleading seeing I got her as a counter to the insane stacks that green and white can create and a fair counter to boot. Which is exactly why I bought her in the first place and did not discover until I saw no effects occurring beyond the death of the token stacks. after taking a better look at the wording I am left in doubt as to the intended effects of this ability

Side note: I have not gotten the second part of her third ability to work once so far. I am not sure if the loyalty is bugged. if so I am doubly disappointed seeing I have the new Death exclusive that doesn't work either

anyone else that has her have any input?

This must be a bug. Whenever they don't specify non-token it usually implies all creatures including tokens (green finale, berserk, double strike, destroy, exile, reinforce...)
Otherwise her third will be extremely useless.
An easy way out a la Octagon would be  it's working as intended.

Thank you for your response. This was my initial thought too when I picked her up. Since it didn't specifically say "non-tokens" I was expecting a fun and exciting result of turning the tables on the opponent when I used the 3rd loyalty on that nasty stack of angels. But sadly it only destroyed said stack (provided it wasn't in the middle of the three spots on the board) and nothing else occurred. This should be working against token stacks imho.

I have not bought anything since the VIP fiasco, because I simply don’t trust there is value in the offers made by D3/Oktagon. So far the number of problems just keep confirming that perception. ☹️☹️☹️

Is the amass effect dependant on also destroying a vanguard support?

Was there one in play and destroyed and the effect didn’t happen?

Ive just used her A3 in FS to destroy 2 creatures and didn’t amass so I think that may be the case

I've got her at 30, and used her ult on something and a zombie from Awaken the Erstwhile with one reinforcement... I did Amass 2, so... *shrugs*

if the ability requires a destruction of a vanguard for it to trigger... I will be very disappointed. All anyone has to do to prevent her 3rd from taking maximum effect is to leave out the vanguards when facing AI versions of her. That also means she is restricted to her 1st and 2nd most of the time when being used by the player

Yeah- I’ve played her a bit more now- the 3rd is really inconsistent
