Karn's Bastion does not count for "Cast X Cards with Proliferate" objective [Investigating]

I cast all 3 from hand (my 4th proliferate was a contentious plan, which counted correctly)
2 were fetched with Deathspout, but that card puts them in hand with full mana so they should still count as cast.

It should also be noted that I'm pretty sure I remember Karn's Bastion counting in another event with Proliferate objectives, so it may just be broken in The Elderspark event.

If it was node 3.2 the bug there is that it needed to be 4 cards with proliferate in one turn.  I didn't try that card this time
