Hour of Glory does not cause the exiled creature's base power in damage

Running Hour of Glory today I noticed the secondary effect of the spell is not functioning.  I'm unsure if it's related to the opponent creatures being disabled when exiling them.  But they are not inflicting damage equal to their power when exiled by Hour of Glory.  No damage at all.

    I'm not sure how to embed video here, but here is the issue in action.

    We get a ping from Niv Mizzet drawing a card off spell cast, but Hour does nothing beyond exiling the target.
