Below is a list of the costumes and bundles that have been offered to date.  The vaults only list the highlights (most desirable contents).

Lady Deadpool (3* DP) - Buy VIP between 11/26/18 and 1/3/19.

No Normal (costume for Kamala Khan) - $14.99 bundle included 2100 HP and 3 KK covers.  Offered from 11/26/18 to 12/2/18.

Tender But Tough - 4* Cage costume - in a 41 item vault, which also included a Cage cover (black).  Open 11/26/18 to 11/29/18.

Thunder costume for Gladiathor - $74.99 bundle included 75 CP and 15K HP.  Offered 12/20 to 12/23/18.

Superior Octopus for 5* Ock - Buy VIP starting 1/4/19.  Offered constantly through current  (7/3/19 and into the future).

Red Goblin for 5* Goblin - $74.99 bundle included 10K HP, 5 Masked Vengeance tokens (store open 1/21 to 1/25/19).

Deep Cover for Okoye - in a 41 item vault along with 2 LTs, a 4BP and Shuri cover, and 6 specific Supports.  Open 2/17 to 2/22/19.

Asgardian Armor for Valkyrie - $24.99 bundle included 2200 HP and 3 Valkyrie covers.  Offered 2/21 to 2/26/19.

Bomber Jacket for 5* Captain Marvel - $74.99 bundle included 10K HP, 5 Legendary Leaders tokens (store open 3/11 to 3/13/19) and 5 CP for the alliance.

Nick Fury Agent of SHIELD for 4* Fury - in a 41 item vault along with 2 LTs, 1 Fury, 1 Coulson, and 5 specific Supports.  Open 3/18 to 3/22/19.

Uncanny Avenger for 3* Scarlet Witch - $14.99 bundle included 2100 HP and 3 Switch covers.  Offered 4/4 to 4/10/19.

Grand Inquisitor for 3* Magneto - Progression reward in The Hunt event which started 6/3/19 (7,000 pts).

X-Force for Cable - Top 10 reward for playing the Hunt which started 6/3/19.

Defenders costume for 5* Dr. Strange - $74.99 bundle included 10K HP, 5 Wrestling Demons store tokens (store open 6/4 to 6/7/19) and 5 CP for the Alliance.

Cyclops (Apocalypse) for 3* Cyke - log in to the game between 6/7 and 6/14/19.

Shuri (Wawa Aba) for Shuri - 2,750 HP Bundle included 3 Heroics and 3 Shuri covers.  Offered 6/8 to 6/11/19.

Daredevil (Vigilante) for 5* DD - 300 CP bundle included 70K iso and one yellow cover for 5DD.  Offered 6/13 to 6/26/19.

Rocket and Groot (Classic) for 4* R&G - Progression Reward in Something Wiccan PVP starting 6/13/19.  9 wins or 350 pts.

Iron Man (Stealth) for 3* IM40 - Progression reward in Meet Rocket and Groot which started 6/17/19.  7,000 points needed.

Old King Thor for 3* Thor - $9.99 bundle included 750 HP and 6 covers for 3Thor.  Offered 6/18 to 6/22/19

Piratepool for 4* XF Deadpool - Progression reward in "Pool Party" PVP which started 6/20/19.  9 wins or 350 pts.

Goddess of Lies for 5* Loki - 8000 HP bundle included 5 LTs, 2K riso, and Rank 2 Mirror Image support.  Offered 6/26 to 7/1/19.

Private Rogers for 3* Cap - $5.99 bundle included 600 iso and 3 covers for 3Cap.  Offered 7/1 to 7/2/19.

Stealth Spider-Man for 3* Spidey - $14.99 bundle included 2100 HP and 3 covers for 3 Spidey.  Offered 7/2 to 7/7/19.

Spider-Verse for Miles Morales - $24.99 bundle included 2200 HP and 3 covers for 4* Miles.  Offered 8/22 to 8/28/19.

DOOMWar costume for 3* Doctor Doom - included in VIP (replaced the Superior Octopus costume) on about 9/7/19.

BP Family Legacy for 5* Black Panther - $74.99 bundle included 10,000 HP, 5 tokens for the Legends of Wakanda store, 5 alliance CP.  Offered 9/19 to 9/25/19.

Battleworld costume for 4* Medusa - $24.99 bundle included 2200 HP and 3 covers for Medusa.  Offered 10/1 to 10/6/19.

Dapper Dino costume for 4* Devil Dinosaur - cost 2750 HP, included 3 covers for Dino and 3 Heroic tokens.  Offered 10/7 to 10/12/19 (approx).

Bewitched costume for 3* Scarlet Witch - cost 1200 HP, included 3 Switch covers and 3 Heroics.  Offered 10/22 to 10/26/19.

Momento Mori costume for Cloak and Dagger - $24.99 bundle included 2200 HP and 3 covers for C&D.  Offered 10/31 to 11/5/19.

Sherlock Jones costume for Jessica Jones - $74.99 bundle included 10,000 HP, 5 tokens for the Inner Demons store, 5 alliance CP.  Offered 11/6 to 11/12/19.

Winter Illusion costume for Mysterio - $24.99 bundle included 2200 HP and 3 covers for Mysterio.  Offered 12/10 - 12/15/19.

House of X costume for Emma Frost - 2950 HP bundle included a cover, 850 shards for Emma, and 3 Heroics.  Offered 12/16 - 12/20/19.

1983 costume for Kitty Pryde - $49.99 bundle included 5000 HP, 250 shards for Kitty, 3 tokens for the Back me up Guys store and 3 alliance CP.  Offered - not sure exact dates but went from about 12/23 to 12/28/19.

Re-offers:  $5.99 offers for Stealth Spider-Man (3*Spidey costume) and No Normal (for Kamala Khan) - only the costume - were made available in late December 2019.

A second re-offer of the No Normal costumes (for KK) ran from June 18 to June 21, 2020.  It was $14.99 and included the costume and 6 covers (2 in each color) without any HP or other currency.

I really liked Cable, Daredevil, and Loki, but wasn't in a position to get them at the time. i wonder if costumes are 1 and done?

Now we see that they are re-offering costumes for 3Spidey and KK for 5.99 with no other resources. These are the first re-offers.

I bought a few of them (Quicksilver, Stealth Spider-Man, Kamala Khan at half price), but some were just too expensive - even with other stuff bundled in... And that witch costume for Wanda was just ****.
I wish they would put costumes back into the VIP thing like it used to be, though.
