Finale Devastation bug, no buff no haste for other creatures [Investigating]

@Tombstone , @Oktagon_Daiane This mythic is giving +8/+8 and haste until the end of turn, just to the creature fetched by it but not to the other creatures under my control. 

Pick one of the first 4 creatures from your library that costs X or less, where X is this card's Stored Mana times 2. Move that creature to the battlefield under your control. Then, exile this card. If X is 8 or more, creatures you control get +8/+8 and gain Haste until end of turn.

Mine doesnt even fetch
