Non-duplicate standard packs through patches

Could you provide an answer please if standard packs will lose their non-duplicate nature in the following patches. Many wonder if they should open them now or wait for next rotation. It's going to be very upsetting if devs decide to change this in the future.

Non-dupe packs are already flawed, so I wouldn’t hold my breath on anything.
