MPQ Load Screen Freezes at 68%

Anyone else have the following issue:

1. Game freezing at 68% loading when the game forces a reconnect i.3. New content on Tues and Thurs or a new announcement has been added.

I have to kill the game in task manager and restart to get it to load to 100% so that I may play.

I use Steam and have downloaded and reinstalled the game to eliminate that as a potential problem.
