Mimeofacture - A few questions

I see MF (shortened because of the ridiculous name that I already hate due to autocorrect) has hit the vault. A few questions to the brave players that still dare to open their wallet, when it comes to MTGPQ.
  1. Do token vanguard supports exists?
  2. Or is it a different name for vanguard copies (which MF generates)?
  3. If stored mana = 12, will the copied supports still gain X mana?
  4. If stored mana = 12, then MF copies all opponents supports, but does MF also copy vanguards (which to my knowledge are not included in the term support)?
  5. If stored mana = 12, will MF put the supports in play or in hand? I assume they go to your hand, which leads to the next question.
  6. If your hand do not have room for all the copied supports what happens with the leftover supports?
  7. And how is it determined which supports go into your hand?
I could probably come up with a couple of questions more, but will have to suffice for now.

Nobody got MF, who can shed some light on the cards functionality?

Many I know with current state of the game have stopped spending, while some didn’t feel that card was worth $

It's not just not wanting to spend money, its the audacity of gating off the entire point of the War of the Spark set, such that fewer players have access.
How many of the vanguard supports are useful, and what percentage of the playerbase pulled them?
What percentage would actually use up a card slot on the vanguard over other cards?
I've seen very few vanguards in my matches, so Mimeofacture seems like a waste of money.

I will take one for the team. I will answer the OPs questions as soon as I can find the answer.

    1. I dont see anything that makes a vanguard token
    2. I'm guessing this is it. I would love to have tried an MF against a vanguard copy but no one made any vanguard copies.
    3. Yes
    4.
    5. Hand
    6. I simply didnt get the excess supports.
    7. Witchcraft (I have no idea.  I couldnt get anyone to play enough supports enough times to make sense of an order)

I played 32 matches of training grounds and ran in to exactly 0 vanguard's. At this point if I didnt have them in my own collection I probably wouldn't believe they existed. I will keep trying to answer question 4, it really shouldn't be that hard...

Mimeofacture is pretty cool when your opponent has a lot of good supports out and your hand is empty and you have 12 mana stored...  but otherwise it's pretty bad. The only good use I could see for this card might be in a PVE match where you knew your opponent had good supports to copy.

1 out of 5 stars. Would not recommend purchase.

@Narcoticsagent - thank you for replying. Looking forward to your feedback.

@stalker - I sure do not want to buy MF in the current situation, there are just to many uncertainties about the cards functionality. Combined with as @Mcclaine mentioned, the Vanguard supports are so underrepresented in opponent’s deck, most likely due to the gated access, it feels silly to open the purse string.
