Can't get into game - no response from 3dgo

Since the latest update, I haven't been able to get into the game. War of the Spark title page sits on my android stuck on "Fetching All Events". I have no way to contact my coalition to even let them know.

maybe try contacting support again?

deleting cache and data has worked for me
in the past. I think this method carries a
small risk of things messing up, so maybe
try support first.
