Titles and Avatars

I was upset today to discover that my fave guy Krenko isn't available as an avatar 
Why can't we have every card as a title and avatar?
Okay, I get that some T&As are VIP, and I like that. A little bonus for the paying customers.
And, I suppose, under duress, I'd accept that you have to chop up the card art to make avatars (with 200 cards in each set, that'd only take an hour or so, tho?)
But you could CERTAINLY make all card names available as titles!
