If Ilharg moves a creature from hand which is already in play (i.e. it reinforces it), it is not returned to hand at end of turn.

If Ilharg moves a creature from hand which has mana in it, it is returned to your hand without mana.

    If he moves a creature that is full mana but disabled in the hand to the board it is also not returned.
