Power consumption has risen significantly with the last update?!?

I play on a fairly recent iPad Pro without many issues, but after v3.5 hit the tablet, my power consumption has risen significantly. Have anyone else experienced similar behaviour.

I’m beginning to consider using my power bank while playing MTGPQ which have never been necessary.

    Go back into your phone (iPad?) and check the game graphics settings. I've had this game (and another one as well) that resets the graphics settings to "high" resolution sometimes after an update, probably when new stuff is added to the game(s) but to be honest I don't remember the circumstances last time it happened.
