Significant problems with WAR purchases

So far I've lost 5 WAR Premium pack purchases to apparent timeouts.  Crystals get deducted, no cards gained.  And one Mythic Vanguard purchase for 300 jewels similarly failed.

I got credited for 3 by support, though one of those credits vanished with the rollback situation.  So I'm out 900 crystals and 300 jewels at the moment.

I understand support is probably backed up at the moment, but I'm getting very frustrated.  Trying to purchase things in app has turned into a gamble.  I'm not sure why it keeps affecting me or what I can do to mitigate the situation.

    If it matters for context, when rebooting the app after a failure I tend to time out when logging in and have to "re-authenticate" my linked Facebook information.
