Ill start by saying that ive been part of many gaming communities, as i imagine most here have been. This is has been the absolute worst gaming experience ive endured, with no real solution for it. I get that things got screwed up. But when you have a product you are charging a consumer base for , you have to be held more accountable for the lows, just like celebrating the highs. This game STILL has so much potential and im not ready to write it off, however there is zero trust in the dev team to do this job correctly. If you cant step up, please step down.

You obviously never endured old school MMORPGs on "Patch" days. It was often almost pointless to try and play for 1-2 days because EVERYTHING was screwed up. Those were monthly subscription models, so you were always paying "not to play" on patch day!

Everyone is frustrated but soon we'll have forgotten this patch and hopefully we'll not endure such a huge outage in the future.

While i appreciate your input, i dont see how forgetting about this helps anyone. Letting a company off the hook for pushing out updates that break the game (repeatedly) isn't a good look for the longevity of a game. This isnt "old school" gaming. The market is far more competitive than it ever has been before. And comparing short comings of other updates, doesnt negate what another company does.

Hopefully, we'll get something for all the downtime and chaos. The game it seems, is almost 99% up and running. At least very close to that.

That's not shabby. Anyway, we're all frustrated. Let's give them some time to sort us out. If they don't, then we can play a new game but I haven't seen one yet that gets patch day correct 100% of the time.

They do need to start letting us test new releases in my opinion but we'll see if they listen.

Besides some slow spots and tezz4 eating all my runes and staying at lvl 1 i am very excited to get back into the action lol. This was me extremely frustrated yes. I, like many others, have put a lot of time and money into this game. Paying real money for currency and being double charged or not recieving anything for your currency is just demoralizing.

Are you seriously comparing a massively multiplayer game with literal miles of content (from 15 years ago!) to a single player card game?

I can get on board with forgiving. This game is special and my reaction was based on my love. Not hate. I want to see this game 'proliferate' ;)

Yup, I'm with @bken1234 on this one... And as such, I won't be happy with being treated as if we're just "little people" who they "deign" to allow us playing their game.
...especially after forking over $15 or $30 a month, now!...

Lakestone already posted and said they gave us 100 crystals, and so that, at least, is acceptable for a day lost.. Would I have played if we hadn't gotten the 100 crystals? Maybe, probably.. But the more that happens, the less we can forgive because we don't forget.

Brigby has to tow the company line when it comes to announcements, so I never blame him for anything. Why shoot the messenger?

But I always hope that he, Lakestone, Tombstone and anyone else part of the company brave enough to dive into these forum "waters" relay our dissatisfaction to the "people above" because they're who drive this whole thing.

Because without us, they can't know everything that's failing and they don't have people to recommend the game. :)
