Lost Jewels purchasing Elite/Vanguard Packs

I have tried to purchase some Elite Packs since the maintenance finished, and I am sometimes able to and sometimes not.

The times I was unable to purchase I lost the appropriate number of Jewels, but got a "something went wrong" error and was forced to "cancel the purchase" without being refunded the jewels.

So far I have successfully bought 1 Vanguard Pack and 3 Elite packs and unsuccessfully bought the same amount of each.

    I started to get a bit iffed when it was taking too long to purchase the 400 jewel pack so I took a pic of me purchasing it and I was right to be cautious. I sent in a support ticket from in-game with appropriate pics to see if that helps; might help you a bit faster. I'm just here to add that it isn't just a one time thing isolated to one player. The FAQ states that they know of the crystal packs but no mention of jewels packs.

    It shouldn't be our responsibility to make sure that purchases occur correctly. They really need better logging so that they can see when "Something Went Wrong" and they can make us whole. Having to prove it makes for **** customer service....

    I lost two packs but the rest worked.
