Cannot do anything in-game...

Starting a week ago my connection to server has been very slow. Numerous connection errors everyday.

Today with the new version deployed, the situation is worse. I took a dozen times to login successfully, then everything I purchased is in vain. I spent 1200 crystals, 400jewels and all I got is just one WAR PP and dozens of connection error and SWWs.

Let alone the real money to purchase PW pack, nothing given.

I turned to claim a match, still that gxx-dxxn connection error.

So frustrating I have to file tickets one by one and cross my fingers that the server got my transaction record.

Anyone from the staff could let me know when will that be fixed? I just don't have that many crystals to test your connection every hour.
