Vanguard supports only somewhat legendary [Fix in 3.7]

Vanguard supports, according to the tutorial, are legendary for all effects that matter. I've observed that Raff will reduce their cost, but when you cast one you do not draw a card from Jhoira and you do not reinforce Mishra's Self-Replicator.

@Tombstone let the team know, this should be fairly easy to fix and is pretty important to get right (but then again, Agrus still isn't legendary, so maybe its harder than I think)

He’s not the only card that’s not legendary and should be. The flip side of the enchantment -> land supports are only legendary on the enchantment side.

Oh really?  Never noticed that.  Definitely a problem as well.
