Taking screencaps of tourney winnings loses tourney winnings

On iPhone 4 (yes I know it's underpowered for the game), iOS 7:

- Won Daken tournament
- Started receiving prizes
- Took screencaps of Wolvie, Thor covers
- Game crashed
- Restarted game
- Have 4-star Wolvie only
- No Thor covers

I've already sent a ticket about this.

However, you're going to want to fix this problem ASAP. If you don't want people to ragequit this game.

If anyone cares, this problem *still* has not been fixed.

To review, I won Fatal Attraction (#1) on May 19, which had these prizes:

1x 4-star Wolvie (green)
1x 3-star Thor (red)
1x 3-star Thor (yellow)

The game crashed as my winnings were coming in and I never got my Thor covers.

I ticketed the issue on May 19.

I got no response until May 24. (Posting now since I've been on vacation since May 24.)

In other words, "Sorry it took us 5 days to get back to you, but hopefully the problem fixed itself 4 days ago."

This should have been resolved by going into my account, manually running a quick check to see:
- A. Whether I did in fact win Fatal Attraction (which should hopefully be visible)
- B. Whether I did in fact get the Thor covers (and if I did, did I accidentally/on purpose sell them)
- C. If the above could be verified, the covers should have been manually added to my account

(I have since gotten one red 3-star Thor cover from a token but I'm still missing the one red, one yellow 3-star Thor covers from a tournament from two weeks ago.)

Judging from some of the other posts I've seen here, it looks like I'm lucky I got a response at all, and presumably I should PM IceIX about it, so I'll do that now.

It should go without saying that this issue has been handled in nowhere near an ideal fashion. Just figured some might be interested in hearing about something like this.
