    First, please try these steps, and let us know if any of these helped you. 

    - Make sure that you have updated to the newest version of the game.
    - Make sure that you have updated to the newest OS Version for your device.
    - Try restarting the device that you are using.
    - Check to see if you are using a stable and secure internet connection.
    - Try to clear your device cache and data from your Device.
    - Try to reinstall the game.
