Is experience gain from RT working correctly, or is it still bugged like in the past?

https://forums.d3go.com/discussion/77132/cards-requiring-different-amounts-of-experience-to-master-depending-on-event-fix-in-3-4/p1

It's been fixed, of course, but often when old events are brought back something is wrong with them.

It's difficult for me to check because I'm only mastering mythics and masterpieces now...

Just tested. Take around 5 runs to master a common (just played one match). Looks like fixed.

The design was to get 200 runes for EVERY objective met. The reason was the shortage of runes. Players weren't incentivized to get new walkers, because they didn't have the runes to level them. I got Tamiyo, but don't have enough runes to level her... as an example.

I think they did their job a little too well, though.  I bought Ugin and Tamiyo and I still have enough runes leftover to fully level Domri if I had enough crystals to buy him.

And I have done exactly zero grinding in the last few months, and have skipped a ton of the non-coalition events to boot.

    And that's a problem how?

Also, Ugin took about 80k runes to level up. Same as a mono colored PW, mind you.

For me and you?  Not a problem at all.

For D3/Oktagon?  Its not ideal.  Whats the point of having currency if everyone has more than enough at all times?
Games get money from making you grind a lot and then convincing you to spend money to avoid having to grind.
If you can get all the resources you need without grinding, why spend money?

This is one of those issues that are hard to balance, because too much grind makes a game unplayable for most people, but not enough grind makes a game too unprofitable to continue.

And its true that if Ugin cost the normal amount I would be down to about 100K runes instead of the 400K I'm at now instead, but even still I had more than enough for both.

In some cases developers will put rng and currency behind evrything in a game to make sure you cannot do much at all. Left a marvel game that did that. This game monetized plains-walkers but then made them unusable by many new players who were willing to spend to get them. Old timers have too much and complain, hut want to make sure new blood comes in and keeps game going? Still think the full amount should be included when a pw is sold in the store.
