Should I just stay at 2*, or level one of these guys?

Dunno if the formatting will work but here goes:

I have just short of 30k iso right now. I could get Magneto to 85, or Wolverine, or boost Daken a lot. Or I could carry on saving for the 3* guys (Hulk I could put at around 70, some more into Rodgers or more into Rags (but I assume that is a pointless exercise?)

Also on my mind is that the general forum consensus "seems" to be that 3* stuff is rubbish until you get high up, and even then with these changes the fun factor gets sucked out even more. So I could just carry on levelling two star teams and enjoying myself (sort of, **** PvP event sucking the life out of me)?

What would YOU do?

    I would hold onto my ISO and see what the PvE is going to be like. Then use your ISO on leveling up whomever will help you the most.

    Uuugh, I'd hold on to it, maybe occasionally give a few levels to whoever is necessary for PvE - at least that's what I intend to do. I'm also going to be maxing out all my remaining 2* (Wolverine and Daken) except the usual not-so-good ones (Moonstone, Bullseye, Hawkey, already took Cap to 50 because he was useful in the last PvE). Although maybe I'll level even them. Don't know about you, but I'm not having luck with 3* - it'll probably take many months to get enough covers to take one or two to 100 or more - that'll be enough to level all the 2* and save enough iso.
    Btw, I found Magneto to be not entirely useless against goons with countdown tiles, you might consider levelling him a bit.

    Of course if you're having better luck in getting 3* covers, than it's a different matter - in that case you might consider hoarding the iso for them.
