No ability to reply or add new text after opening a ticket in Android Help tickets feature

I received a reply on my VIP membership that apparently they don't see my VIP membership, though how that is I have no idea...
However, apart from starting the ticket and re-opening, I have no way to respond to new text except for adding a file.
I ended up resorting to opening a new ticket on the D3GO support page on the website through my PC.

Is there a way developers could KINDLY add "additional text" field at the bottom of the screen so we can keep adding text after CC replies?

    There is usually a line asking if they have answered all of your questions, with an option to select yes or no . If you select no then you can add your further comments

    Yes, but that's RE-OPENING the ticket, right?
    Once they reply to your re-opening, there no longer is a place for you to enter new text. That's the problem. As soon as CC replies, all you can do is attach an image.

    In my experience you can reply or re-open as many times as you want.
