Ugin, the Spirit Dragon's rune cost to level up is unexpectedly low

Ugin's rune cost to increase levels is the same as the cost to level a mono-colored planeswalker (79,920 runes to level 60).  All other colorless walkers cost as much as tri-color walkers to level up (323,750 runes to level 60).  It's unclear whether Ugin's relatively cheap leveling cost is as intended.

    Yes the amount of runes is low, but it was also unexpected to get him for gold and not for money, right?

    I think it's not intended to like some bugs before. I like it, but still think bugs like this will ruin this game sometimes.

    Maybe he is supposed to be some kind of new basic walker ? That's be why the cost is so low and why he was available for crystal.
