Issue with VIP membership

I'm in the same boat. I highly suggest you put in a ticket very quickly. They'll ask you for a screenshot of your receipt email and then you can see what answer they come up with.
Did you happen to upgrade from Pro to Master? That's what I did and they had this idea that instead of charging for the remaining days I had for the Pro subscription it was converted to 14 days of Master benefits... which makes no sense at all as if I upgrade on the same day I should have a whole month for the first Master month.
I've replied with such and am waiting to see their second response. Regardless of upgrade or straight purchase, if we started on the 23rd of May it should not be ending on the 8th, thus relieving us of two weeks of benefits.
@Brigby - Just an FYI that this probably is going to happen to others, as well.

If we paid full for an upgrade and didnt get a discount, shouldnt we get twice the perks? From both Pro and Master, so far this week ive only recieved one free instant weekly gift.1

They said we dont need to submit a ticket, but should we submit them anyways? Seems like a lot people who have already have their problems solved0

Well, they now have 8 days left to fix it before my membership needs renewal..
Strike that, 7, before I cancel my membership altogether because they didn't bother verifying how the memberships would work..

In my case there is a big problem.
I signed up for a weekly subscription, then I signed up for a pro subscription and finally switched to the Master.
Instead I did not pay the basic subscription, but I paid in the transition to the pro Plan 15.99 euros and nothing when I switched to the Master, where it was written that in 15 days I would have renewed the subscription for 17 euros. That is the difference between the expenditure between the master and the pro plan Then that word disappeared and, looking at my Google Play subscriptions, I discovered that after 15 days from my subscription to the Pro plan I would have to pay 32.99 euros to stay in the Master plan.
But not only did the 5.49 euros for the basic plan reach my credit card.A member of my coalition who took the same steps as me is at VIP level 3 and has not paid a euro having canceled his subscription immediately.
In conclusion by doing the following steps:
1 Basic subscription
2 pro subscription upgrades
3 master subscription upgrades
my coalition member spent zero And it is at VIP level 3
I spent 15.99 for pro subscription, after a week another 5.99 euros per basic subscription and in theory another 32.99 in 7 days to stay in the Master subscription And I'm also at VIP2 level.Pending your clarifications, I canceled my subscription.

Took the Basic, few days later upgraded to Pro, Google Play Store said I would be charged on 2nd of June, same date the game said my Pro would end.
I did get charged but membership gone.0 -
Membership now has 5 days left until expired , Its only been 10 days since release of VIP membership.1

let's people at D3GO know what's going on (or rather, what ISN'T going on), too...
Addendum:
This is what I received as the explanation for the membership "alteration" for those who upgraded from PRO to MASTER...
"Instead of your Pro plan lasting 30 days, you upgraded to the Master plan which will give you the immediate benefits of the the Master plan for half of the time remaining on your Pro plan. Then on 6/8/19, the actual Master plan you upgraded to will be charged and will begin. That plan will last for 30 days."
I replied asking the logic on this but also critiquing not the Customer Care team, but whomever came up with this...unique.. plan upgrade idea, as now the D3GO CC team will have to field any and all tickets regarding this.
AND, this goes back to the lack of communication on D3GO's part. There is nothing that states that that is what will happen when someone upgrades.. If someone can point me to it, I'll stand corrected, but it certainly wasn't obvious.
So basically we'll be charged the $29.99 when the 5 days are up...2 -
Guess im going to have to cancel my membership because this is rediculous. I pay to support the developers (twice) upgrading from Pro to Master only for it to last half of what was displayed. I have 4 days left on my membership.1

Basically, they didn't charge us for MASTER and just cut the time for it. It's poor (in fact, NO) communication on D3's part that they did the upgrading that way, but whatever. Basically you got the upgrade benefits for the cost of 1. Pro membership and 2. 2 weeks' worth of membership...0 -
It feels like either there are so many problems with the memberships that the support team is struggling to fix them all (manually) for each player, or that even when we are supplying continuous revenue this game is just an afterthought to them.1
