Will Hawkeye (Ronin) enter tokens before GE Doom leaves them? Or is it at the same time...?

I guess my title covers it: I'd like a few more chances at GE Doom and Hela (I've concluded this is the best 2 good ones out of 3 that we're likely to see for a while) but I really need a couple of Ronin covers. Will he enter LT  before GED leaves or will that happen at the same time?

    No. GED should leave around noon eastern on Monday, and Ronin should enter at the start of the new season next Thursday.

    The equally important question is, will they manage to not require Ronin as part of Shield Training when the next 4* is released?

    I am expecting that he will be required, hence my interest in more of his covers...
