In-Coalition commerce

Weird question: How big a programming can of worms would it be to allow limited commerce among coalition members? If we wanted to trade some cards for runes/crystals/pinks, or donate so a member could pick up a needed planeswalker for an event?

Programming-wise I can't imagine it being too difficult.

Economically it would be a nightmare since now only 1 in 20 people theoretically need to spend money instead of 20/20

Trading and black markets ruin the game.
They allow trading then a million fake/feeder accounts will pop up trying for in demand cards to sell.
You will feel the urge to do the same and quickly see the game disappear from most of the financial support being siphoned off by vultures. And people will support the black market due to the devs horrible pricing scheme.
Get this: people can actually choose to get the card they want and for a reasonable price vs what rng could cost.
