Known Issue: Soft-Lock When Select Prompt Appears Hi Everyone, We are aware of a soft-lock occurring in certain scenarios when a player interacts with a Select Prompt. Here are the scenarios where a soft-lock will occur when interacting with a Select prompt: When casting any card that allows the player to select a target after summoning a third Creature that boosts other Creatures while the player has two Creatures on the battlefield When selecting either button on the Select Creature prompt while the player's only Creature has Summoning Sickness after it is given Evergreens through a card's effect We understand the frustration of these issues, which is why they will be fixed in the upcoming 3.4 update. If you believe that you may have missed out on event rewards due to this, then please contact our Customer Support team, and we will be sure to assist. We apologize for the inconvenience, thank you for understanding.

Seriously, why is this in the FAQ? I had one freeze in The Dragon War that cost me a perfect score and 120 jewels. I finished with a score of 528. I have multiple screenshots showing the game frozen, I had the game clearly in hand based on my board state. I did not, however, have lethal on my next turn and thus was told "Sorry, sucks to be you. Oh, while you're here, the good news is that they are fixing those bugs in 3.4 so that should make this problem go away." I know "there is no such thing as bad publicity" but honestly, you guys are taking it a tad far.

OH MY GOD. This is a goldmine!

    My screenshot says:
"Unfortunately, we are unable to provide compensation for any rewards that may have been earned had this issue not occurred."

Yes, if I didn't have an issue, I wouldn't have even sent a support ticket and you wouldn't need to give me any compensation for any rewards because I would have gotten them. What a roundabout way of saying "No, you will never be worthy of compensation"

Damn, if i had taken a screenshot and sent a ticket for each and every freeze i suffered during weekend events i would definitely feel like the mayor of valuetown right know ...

Unfortunately the classic "here are 50 crystals as an apology to the community" finally convinced me to stop sending freeze tickets long ago ...

I second this frustration. We are compensated when we have lethal on the battlefield, but that is not the only way to measure a winning game state.
First, there is frustration from the game bugging/freezing/locking, then there is frustration of this CS loop, and now again there is frustration because I read this.
I don't even submit tickets for every time I encounter it, because I don't want to waste my energy on that anymore. It only makes me feel more frustrated than I already was.

I have never been offered compensation for lethal on the battlefield. I stopped submitting tickets after an event where I recorded every game. I had video of every single match and my 2 soft locks. I had pictures of my points and first places points. I was told no adjustment could be made to my ranking or prizes despite having documentation of the ENTIRE event. If I got compensated for soft locks and freezes I would have literally thousands of gems for it. I've averaged 2 games lost per event to game instability for the last 2 years.

I stopped submitting tickets a while ago but then someone shared that support page with me so I figured maybe they are being generous considering how bad things have been lately. A big fat nope on that one.

I was pretty furious with the crash but got over it. Then we lost RT at the same time we coincidentally get a VIP system. Now this. I'm so very close to uninstalling.

I stopped submitting most tickets for most things a long time ago as all it ever manifests into is a complete exercise in futility!

Same. I will post obvious bugs in the forum, but submitting a ticket is not an enjoyable experience.

I stopped this as well.. It's rare, very rare that I post in the bugs section anymore. And it's even rarer that I send a support ticket.

It's a lot of hassle and feels like a waste of time, explaining or elaborating on the situation. Now, I just wait for someone else to do it.. and once in a blue moon I'll post in the bugs section only because I am super fed up.

You've been compensated. Well, you are a very lucky one - you should cherish it and leave it at that lol.

Do you know what one of best the signs of a good business or a great game is? Great customer support. This game doesn’t have great customer support. It is mediocre at best. But hey, maybe they’ll provide you with great customer support if you’re a VIP member.
