What kind of VIP package would make the price worth it?

5-10 bucks a month, no tiers.  Create new events, character avatars, a reasonable daily event and add more content.  It’s that simple and I don’t think people would mind that

    $29,99 p/month....That is day light robbery !!
Can even go as far as to call the developers THIEFS.
Disgusting. PAY $360 a year or else !

Originally I was saying "halve all the prices and maybe I'll buy the middle one". But in terms of making things worthwhile...

Currently the only thing I buy is the 2 or 3 planeswalkers because I don't want to spend my gold that way, want to keep it for the new set.
This means I tend to budget about 2 purchases per set, 8 a year...

To make the Master subscription tie into my current budget there is one clear option...

The subscription gives you every planeswalker as it's released. (plus the existing stuff). Make this on Tier 5 or something if you want.
This (plus the deck slots) would keep me paying since it's the thing I already pay for, makes sense and feels ok.

None of the other content feels ok to pay for. I don't buy exclusive cards either.

Not developer. This is a _publisher_ issue. Oktagon develop, d3Go make all the business decisions. Blame them. Someone in d3Go never goes into the office or talks to Brigby or Tombstone about what might work in the community. They are assigning values to things without analysing other games or even their own.

The Master subscription is $50 a month in Australia. That's the price of a AAA game with full content including, over 80 hours of NEW gameplay with zero repeated.

Perhaps this business person is thinking about other subscriptions they have, like the $50 per month corporate massage package or something. Or the $50 a month wine club. There _are_ things that are worth $50 a month, but this isn't realistic.

not the silly 3 -tier level - 2.99 per month - and no exclusive content, just more rewards, so you can train your PWs faster or can spend more pink/yellow rewards on cards and crafting. They could throw in exclusive events or maybe exclusive PW-decorations, but I wouldn't throw anything in that changes the game play as such. So make the 2.99 a time saver, for those people that have more money than time.

I play other games and me and my friend often download the same games. He earns way more money than me, but has less time. He often pays for the monthly VIP status and extra goodies on those games, whereas I rarely pay for stuff, but spend time grinding away - we both have the same fun and end up at the same stages, just different ways.

At the current price you should be getting more currency IMO. $30/mo with a vault "deal" to buy more currency is a slap in the face.

    In general it's way overpriced.

If the people will buy it then they will never reduce it.
I will not do any of them. This game is the same as every other match 3 game now. Get your VIP or grind.

I think the price was set so high because the boosters from VIP plans only give non-dupe cards ... Which means you'll pull exclusively mythics and MPs if you already have all the rares in a "bloc". There was a lack of communication on that point.
In a certain extent 40brand new mythics/mps is probably worth 30 bucks, it's even a very good deal if we consider the usual price of a card in this Game.
On the other hand, those boosters would have very little interest if they are used while the player still needs commons/uncommons from a set.

If I’m gonna pay 30$ a month from now on (I don’t mind supporting the team). Gimme more resources so I can play the game. You asked for the 30$ and that’s fine I get it, but don’t expect anymore from the player base and myself. We are supporting y’all now you guys step up and support us.

@BATMAN1 - sorry, I must be misunderstanding your point. If you pay 30$ you get the ultimate resource in the game - non-dupe cards - are you not happy about that?

I hope you are not asking for more more yellows and pinks, because that is a bad deal with the current droprates found in the vault.

If you want more runes, I think that is not for the 30$ plan.

I think we should get both. Non-dupe cards are great, but I still want the resources and the thrill of buying new packs.

If these non dupe packs are really the future of VIP I am actually very pleased with what I'm getting for $30. I've added 30 new MPs to my collection since the start of VIP.

I don't really care about the resources - without content, what's the point? I hope the money gets used to give us at least a dozen new events in the next year. Coalition events.

I'm still waiting on getting even those MP. As of so far $30 got a ton of dupe uncommons

I'd prefer the following now that they have monthly income..
    1. Actual monthly reports from the Lead developer or Production Lead.
    2. Weekly or Bi-weekly insights from the above or a "Team member of the month".
    3. A plan of action from #1 regarding future goals, quality and quality-of-life changes to the game.

THOSE are the kinds of things we get, already, from MMORPG's where we pay $15+ a month, let alone the once-monthly-now-Free-play games. We have yet to get that from D3GO...

So your thrill with opening booster packs is bigger if you know the chance of getting new cards are smaller?

Personally, my thrill is bigger if I know I will get Mythics and MP. Most of the time I open ordinary packs I couldn’t care less what happens, because on average I get 70-80 orbs, yeah!

I don't think we learn anything much from these. I'd rather they just got their heads down, did some work, and told us about features that have actually been introduced in the update notes.
Goes without saying, or so I thought,  that this should be happening,  already, yeah?  But in addition...
