On the node 4.3 I experienced that “choked estuary” converted one gem to black and one to blue regardless of the delirium criteria. There were upwards of ten gems in each colour but the gems were still changed.
The AI-side of the board was empty expect CE.

Choked Estuary should always convert 1 gem to Black and 1 to Blue at the beginning of the owner's turn. This is not affected by the Delirium check which is used to convert 3 gems to Black or Blue when the Support enters the Battlefield.0
