What to do if i load the game and i have nothing?

Hi guys, pretty much what it says in the title, my brother just started his game, and he was back at the prologue without any character. I look him in our alliance and he still have all the points of the event and his full champ selection. What happened here? what can he do? It really sucks because he wanted the thor so much, even spent 300 HP to shield himself and he would still be able to play the last 30 minutes of the event.

Any help would be really apreciated!!

    If he linked Facebook, then sign in again. If not, contact CS with his IGN explaining the situation.

    He already contacted them with a ticket but they didnt answer him. Anything else someone might think of? thanks!

    Again, if he *has* linked with Facebook or Google+, delete and reinstall MPQ, then login again. If not, there's not much that can be done.

    He is using Steam, so no way to link to Face, sadly. Any other ideas?

    This happened to me. I got an answer within a day or two, and within three days the issue was resolved. Just wait. Try using the message button on the in-game thingy to send it.
