Playing the 5* essential node with Hela in Out of Time in CL8, and it only gave out 1 cp instead of 2

*edit* title updated to include CL9

According to the current bracket count, there are about 16,500 accounts in SCL9 for this event and about 14,500 in SCL8.

One hopes that some compensation is being considered.

It's a shame the node is so challenging and then this bug occurs.

There's also a standard token in there. That ain't normal.

Every CP counts when you're trying to finish 5*s....

The team is aware of this, and they are investigating. I'll let everyone know as soon as I hear something.

Pretty sure that is normal. My memory ain't the best, but I'm fairly certain the 5th clear reward on the 5*E is usually a Standard Token.

Yes, that is normal of all 5E clears in any SCL. I really contend it should be an elite token rather than a standard token, so it's at least a 2*, but that has been that way for a long time.

So, it's now been 3 full business days since this happened.  Will there be a response to this issue?

    Edited:
I think it is costly, difficult, time consuming, or all three to issue specific rewards to individual players.  In this case, while you could probably gather the players in each bracket, you also would not know if that person had actually played that hard node (it was extremely difficult for a lot of players), if they cleared more than one time, etc.

4 days now, though.  It's frustrating that nothing has been communicated.  It was a clear bug, even if many players (apparently) barely noticed it.

I don't get why it's taking so long either, what's there to investigate? Trying to figure out why it happened? Don't they have at least two weeks before they run this event again? Lol

Simple solution - award one cp to everyone in cl8, two cp to everyone in cl9

    Resolved.
